We are a Coptic Orthodox Church with ancient roots going back 2 millenia. Although our Christian roots are ancient we are still relevant and we warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, and generations, striving to be a place of prayer, belonging, service, and growth in Christ for the wider community all while honouring our Coptic heritage.
What is Coptic Orthodoxy?
Coptic Orthodoxy is the Oriental Orthodox Church of Egypt, one of the oldest Christian churches in the world founded by St. Mark the Apostle in the first century. We adhere to the Nicene Creed and preserve the original faith, proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and preserving the apostolic faith through Scripture and the Sacraments.
