Who We Are
We are a Coptic Orthodox Church with ancient roots going back 2 millennia. Although our Christian roots are ancient we are still relevant and we warmly welcome People of all backgrounds, cultures, and generations, striving to be a place of prayer, belonging, service, and growth in Christ for the wider community all while honoring our Coptic heritage.
Our Values
Our vision at SMSM is built on three key pillars that guide how we serve. The first pillar focuses on serving outwardly to those outside the Church through evangelism. The second focuses inward, caring for and strengthening the core of our congregation. The third defines how we do it all: through service and education.

Evangelism
Orthodoxy is for all. Through evangelism, we reach beyond our walls to share the beauty of the Orthodox faith with the wider community, inviting others to explore, ask, and encounter Christ.

Youth & Young Adults
Our youth and young adults are the most vital and often underserved members of the Church. We are committed to supporting them during formative stages of life by providing spiritual guidance, community, and care.

Education
Education forms the foundation of a living faith. Through teaching and learning we seek to equip children and families with a deeper understanding of Orthodoxy, nurturing spiritual growth across generations.
